With every piece of work we undertake, we seek feedback from our customers by way of an 11-point questionnaire which covers the entire lifecycle of the job. The survey covers: Communications with our clients, staff courtesy, tidiness, workmanship, safe working methods, disruption, property damage, timescale and budget.

Despite often appalling weather conditions over the past year and sometimes distressing circumstances for our clients, our service teams have delivered some of the very best in customer service in the industry.

Below is a summary of comments and feedback covering March 2014 to January 2018.

Following our groundworks package to construct a large extension to the property in Bath, our focus was to commence the hard and soft landscaping. After building a new retaining wall, removing vegetation we have now completed all slab work, topsoil and turfing. The result is a wonderful example of our capability.
